What you’ll work on

Built for how adults actually learn.

You want to understand why something works, you have limited practice time, and you are not interested in exercises that never turn into music.

A map, not fragments

Years of YouTube leaves you with pieces and nothing connecting them. We build an actual map of the neck — CAGED, triads, modes — and apply it to real songs from lesson one.

Practice that fits your week

You have a job and a family. Lessons are planned around the time you really have, not the four hours a day a teenager might put in.

The why behind everything

Adults learn faster when they understand the logic. Every concept comes with the reason it works, so you can use it instead of memorising it.

Your music, from day one

No generic curriculum, no beginner packages, no nursery material. We start from what you can already do and work on the songs you actually want to play.

Guitar solo performance

Hear it before you decide.

Real technique, real feel — rock, blues, metal and shred.

This is for you if…

Sound familiar?

You know scales and chords but cannot put the pieces together

You played as a teenager, stopped for twenty years, and want to come back properly

You practise when you can and feel like you are going in circles

You are past the age of pretending you will become a rock star, and you just want to play well

You have bought courses and apps and none of them ever watched you play

Almost every student I teach is an adult — lawyers, engineers, drummers who picked up a guitar. Many have been with me for three or four years, which only happens when the lessons stay interesting and the progress is real.

What students say

Real results. Real players.

★★★★★

“I started lessons with virtually no guitar experience. But after only a couple years of lessons with Diego, I’m already able to improvise, solo and jam with friends. He introduces new challenges each lesson without overwhelming me.”

★★★★★

“He’s organized, created a custom curriculum tailored to my level, and every week manages to push me out of the comfort zone. No more plateaus. I’ve improved my speed, rhythm, and finally made sense of triads, pentatonic scales and arpeggios.”

★★★★★

“I am based in the UK and began having lessons with him just after COVID. Having had lessons from a number of guitar teachers during my playing career, I can honestly say that Diego is the best. His teaching is clear, patient, and practical.”

FAQ

Common questions.

Am I too old to start or restart?

No. The oldest thing that gets in the way is not age, it is unstructured practice. Adults often progress faster than teenagers because they understand what they are doing.

I only have a few hours a week. Is that enough?

Yes, if the practice is targeted. A focused twenty minutes beats an unfocused two hours, and part of the lesson is deciding exactly what you practise.

What if I am a complete beginner?

That is fine. All levels welcome, and the lessons start from wherever you are.

What do I need to get started?

A guitar, a computer or tablet with a camera, and a stable internet connection. Zoom is free to download.

Is the trial lesson really free?

Yes — completely free, no credit card. A real 30-minute lesson where we work on something useful right away.

— Ready to start?

It is not too late
to play properly.
